MATT BUSSEY
Matt Bussey is the owner and founder of Touchstone Tax Services. Matt graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 2008 and a Masters of Science in Taxation from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2012. In addition to preparing numerous tax returns over the last eight years, as an Enrolled Agent, Matt has represented many taxpayers facing IRS audits and collections. Although he no longer represents taxpayers during an audit, those years of disputing with IRS Agents has given Matt a unique skill set and an advantage when it comes to preparing tax returns.
Outside of the office Matt spends most of his time with his lovely wife Hailey and two kids Mckenna and Brigham. Matt and Hailey are members of HighRidge Church where they enjoy serving others and ‘strengthening people for life’. The whole family enjoys spending time outdoors as much as they can. On a nice day you will most likely find them out for a walk, going fishing, or watching the kids play at a nearby park!
